The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. 「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」

"This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything."
