Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. Hampton by Hilton Bath City
The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Roman baths museum and lots of pubs and restaurants in the area.

The Z Hotel Bath
Staff were all very friendly and provided exceptional service. Rooms were clean and bright. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to rooms with windows. Everything was excellent. Be more than happy to stay again. Breakfast was also exceptional 😋
