We stayed here for a 10 day trip to Brighton and couldn't be happier with the experience. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can have an entire flat, in better condition and with similar features? We walked everywhere, and when we needed a taxi, they were queued right in the front court yard. Excellent apartment, very spacious and all the amenities that you could need. Comfy beds and a large *CLEAN* bathroom. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful location.Comfortable space. Morning noise from street is ridiculous. Housekeeping was almost non existent. Unfortunately I was there in recent heatwave and the ventilation was unbearable even with two fans.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but uncomfortably hot (floor 4 south facing balcony has no shade, so intense heat from the sun, and no air conditioning). Decent property (having laundry, mini-kitchen, etc. ensuite is nice), but prices were high (granted, it's summer in Brighton = priced to the market) = marginal value.

The room was designed as a small studio with a lot to offer in terms of facilities that one would not necessarily expect to find in a hotel room (e.g. a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven) and fantastic views to the adjacent green space. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and the main shopping and entertainment attractions, and it is within short walking distance from the main train station. Generally, there is not much to criticise - I wish places like this were more readily available across the country.

High-quality and convenience combined
The building is in a central location and is incredibly convenient, especially for business travelling. The room has a small kitchen and a washing machine so you can even do your laundry if you're staying longer (they've provided some laundry detergent, too, you don't have to bring it). Bed is comfy, the place is clean overall, there's a gym although I haven't used it. It's my go-to place whenever I go to Brighton!

Air con unit made awful noises for 2 days / nights and I barely slept. I asked someone to look at it and there wasn’t any changes. They couldn’t move me rooms as they were full. I’m still waiting for an invoice and I’ve asked 3 times and I need to expense for work.

Lovely stay
We had a brilliant time - the apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable :). My only suggestion for improvement is to have some recycling facilities in the room (ie, separate bins for general waste, paper, plastics, etc). The apartment had a sign saying there was no air con “because we care about the environment” - this would be more convincing if there was recycling and the aparthotel had other environmental issues such as running on renewable electricity.

Had booked a balcony room with outside space I had a 250 mile journey and missed their email advising that the room had an issue with the bed that could not be resolved in the short term. They kindly up graded us to a larger apartment at no additional cost Parking in Brighton is expensive they had negotiated a discount fee at North Road car park normally £32 discounted to £14 for 24 hours however it is not flexible if you need the car in the day or evening it becomes very expensive as there is no discount on hourly rates It’s very busy on a Saturday and I could not get back in as it was full I had to use another car park with a £25 rate for 24 hour stays again the inflexible rate prevented swapping between car parks. To finish on a positive the accommodation was excellent and I am staying again later this month despite the parking issues

Pros and cons
This property had very distinct pros and cons for us. The pros: great location, excellent staff, extremely clean, nice kitchenette & washer in room, comfortable bed, walkable to everything! The cons: no air conditioning in a southern facing room and even with ceiling fans and a floor fan, we could not cool the room down. We spent 4 very sweaty nights in the room trying to recover from jet lag, which we were unable to do; and although the windows were able to be opened, without a cross breeze, we were still unable to cool the room down. Also, being in the center of everything means it can be quite noisy into the wee hours, so windows open meant lots of noise from cars, sirens, and revelers. This is a great property for a non-summer visit (or for those planning to be up until 4 am), but otherwise, best to be aware of the lack of climate control in the room during warmer weather.

Obviously trying hard but they have a few wrinkles to iron. Tub drain inadequate; they advertise air conditioning but that is ONLY in the reception area & gym. Rooms have overhead fans, but in a heatwave that's not enough. Staff seemed untrained and inattentive. Apart from these qualifications though, the rooms are clean (cleaning crew very nice) and well equipped.

Sparkling clean!
A brand new hotel with the plastic still on! It had everything we needed, plus more, and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the location as well. Conveniently situated halfway between the train station and beach, we were able to walk everywhere and have a comfortable place to rest when we wanted some quiet. Please note that the British "king sized" beds that are advertised are the size of an American queen sized bed. We managed with this but others may need something bigger.

Really enjoyed this place. Great location in the center of Brighton, nice room, great amenities, and lovely balcony. It could've done with some air con, but, once the fan was on for a while, it cooled it down nicely. The staff was nice, and even let me check in a few hours early. The internet was fast. Will definitely stay again!

great location, nice property, not the best bed
The property is fairly new, in good condition and clean. Great shower. Also the reception staff was very friendly and supportive. Centrally located. However, the bed was a queen bed, not king as advertised. Also the bed is very firm. The sleeping comfort was so so. Too bad, because a comfortable bed, is for me a minimal requirement in a hotel.
