「Everyone from check in to check out was extremely accommodating」

「Room needed better AC was super hot. Beds are hard but clean. Need more activities to do throughout and play music at the bars all day. Bummer you can only eat at steakhouse once per week and have to book it. Drinks and service were amazing and so was the food!」

「Lovely hotel on one of the best beaches on the island. 2 of the 3 restaurants were out of action which was disappointing as we weren’t notified, this put pressure on the 1 remaining restaurant for breakfast in particular and we had to wait for a table regularly.」

「Terrible customer service, reception forgot to notify me that my room is ready, I arrived at 1pm with check in at 4pm, by 4:30pm I checked at reception, lady rolled her eyes, yea its ready, no apology, no welcome cocktail, staff is chatting, ignorant, no service at pool area, glasses from the day prior were still under lounge chairs, no towels available, I asked for a tour to recommend the hotel to groups traveling in from Canada and Germany, answer oh there is no one on site on weekends ......

「Pros: the staff were helpful and very friendly. The all inclusive food and drinks. Good for budget travelers. Cons: The room layout is much to be desired. The room layout was clustered. The ac was stuck at one temperature so the room was always hot and had to rely on the standing fan. The shower was interesting in that it wasn’t enclosed -partial glass no door. So when you shower the bathroom floor gets wet. The sink was shooting out water and even if you slightly opened the water sprays...

「Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you.」

「Very cool property with peacocks! Rooms were disconnected from each other which gave a condo-like feel. Very quiet while I was there. Staff were great and helpful in coordinating transportation and giving recommendations for what to do during my stay.」

「Very clean male staff where very friendly, female bar staff extremely rude and very aggressive towards customers and waiting staff at breakfast got cross if you asked for extra drinks etc as if you inconvenienced them don't think I eould stay here again due to not being welcomed by certain members of staff」

「The resort is amazing rooms top tier clean and newly renovated no cheap hardware here marble and brass. Needs nice an elevated for pole pole we need accessibility’s and necessary accommodation. Breakfast was fresh daily with special additives of the native foods. Staff was very nice and patient I love this island and love staying at the Colony. I will return soon.」
