"This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was efficient and attentive. Our only complaint was the food in the onsite restaurant, the BelAir Social. The food was edible, but nothing special for the price. The service was subpar at best. We were sitting at the bar and had to request service every time we needed something and the workers were standing two feet away on an evening when it wasn’t particularly busy. If you want great food just walk across the street to Yellowbelly. "

"Great place to stay right next to Gateway Arch National Park. Walkable to other downtown points of interest as well. The happy hour drinks and dinner was a great bonus. Would stay again."

"The bathroom body wash dispensers and lotion were empty. The shuttle service stated shuttle to local area. When asked shuttle driver he said yes but the front desk stated no. Change your website to reflect airport only. Never asked about our stay. Toilet paper and towels were overlooked. Dinner was good breakfast was expensive for what was offered."

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at while we explored the National Parks. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks after a full day at Gateway Arch. Staff were very friendly. The pool was nice. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stop here again. "

"Looks nothing like the pictures, we specifically book somewhere who has a pool for the kids because they love to swim, but they came back upstairs saying they think someone was getting jiggy in the pool, we told them probably not but we went back down there with them after like an hour, and there was definitely semen floating in the pool. They had to close down the hot tub too because it was yellow and it looked like there were pubes in it... We didn't bother with breakfast, we just left first thing in the morning. The staff were nice but the hotel itself was pretty gross"
