"Beautiful old colonial style hotel. Lovely staff and perfect location to explore and enjoy Casco Viejo on foot. Then can Uber or book tours to explore other sites in and around Panama City. "

"Breakfast is awesome & more than sufficient. It is Bountiful. My ONLY problem: i have ASTHMA & room air is musky. i used my INHALERS more frequently than necessary. they should have a VENT or Exhaust for the exchange of air outside. I was always short of breath when in the room, so we were downstairs or OUT. my ASTHMA started the 9 th day of the 10 day stay. 😞😩🤔"

"Connects to largest mall in Latin America. Breakfast is buffet only, no choice off a menu, but excellent coffee shop (The Met) which is actually in the mall but part of the Marriott, has great breakfast and lunch menu. Bathrooms were large and clean and king size bed was very comfortable. "

"Everything was fantastic except the hot water situation. We stayed 5 days and only had hot water for two days. It was due to a broken pipe underneath the building. They worked hard to fix it, but even after the repairs, hot water was limited. Desk staff and especially Porter Angel really worked hard to make our stay enjoyable."

"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."

"So much character! We especially enjoyed the historical cartoons and the elevator control room. 5 star cleanliness. The only downside was the noise coming from the outdoor event in the courtyard. "
