「The Hotel is great. There are only stairs. The vieuw on the Loch is fantastic. The staff are very nice and helpfull. You can have breakfast and dinner. 」

「In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet. 」

「Very, very friendly staff! They had thought of everything, and were so happy to accommodate any requests. Laundry available for free, a list of nearby restauraunts and their menus, shared areas with games. You may run into other guests, or share the breakfast area with them. You can bring your own food and store it in the kitchen space, just be aware that other visitors have access to the shared kitchens. Bedroom was clean」

「Short stop, just spent the night. Excellent service from the host with extremely late checkin due to traffic and road works. Even made us a filling breakfast although not originally included. 」

「The check-in for the glamping pods sounded complicated with many emails and instructions, but the hostel has very friendly staff on site and it's all friendly and easy management once we arrived. The pods have their own outdoor picnic tables, fridge, TV and electricity; you do have to contact them in advance though to book bed sheets and towels. 「The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.」
