"I can't imagine when there's a lot of people staying here because the bar area is small so it gets really loud and crowded. I think maybe they might want to do a better job of icing the area especially in the parking lot as my sister fell. Thought the food was delicious but a bit pricey was disappointed that the sauna was broken."

"It was actually a really good trip but three things stood out. 1. The coffee was cold at 9 am. 2. She asked when I checked in if we wanted housekeeping services and then we never got it (not a big deal, the only thing that really meant was the bed never got made and we could have used an extra towel). 3. After breakfast they just threw all the dining room trash bags on the front steps of the lobby for some reason. The bed was really comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed our meal at the adjacent restaurant. The breakfast was definitely your typical midrange hotel breakfast but that was fine for us. We didn’t need more. I probably would be more frustrated about the coffee except my favorite coffee shop in the world is in Lincoln, NH so it just gave me an excuse to go out and get my maple lattes. Overall I think it was a good deal for the price. "

"Disappointed the Tap Room restaurant onsite was closed and had to to another restaurant in an ice storm. Needs more employees onsite. Very nice people, clearly doing many jobs and working hard"

"Enjoyed the stay and the convenient location. Nice to have breakfast on site. Nothing fancy but hearty food. Beautiful view out the back balcony. Very quite despite a Nordic Ski team staying there too (very pleasant college kids). "
