「Loved it!」

「The reception lady was really helpful」

「Terrible experience. Double charged and completely ignored by the hotel! I booked a 10-night stay here through a booking site. Upon check-in, they asked me to present a credit card to pay the city tax, though no actual charge went through at that moment. After a long 10-day stay, my only focus was on checking out. I completely forgot that a card had already been provided, and since the front desk asked me for a card again, I handed them a different one. To my shock, BOTH credit cards ended up...

「Location was quiet as it’s on a pedestrian only access street. Close to transit. Cool building and a nice spacious design. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff was lovely」

「Location convenient to us. Hotel condition good for the price.」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay there」
