L’hôtel en lui même est charmant, dommage de ne pas avoir eu de chambre avec baignoire alors que l’on nous avait confirmé qu’il y en aurait une. Personnelle agréable, petit dej trés bon Dommage que le centre ville soit si dégradé, bâtiment / commerce abandonné , personnes sdf toxicomanes, Merci au Liégois qui nous ont conseillé et expliqué pourquoi le centre était malheureusement devenu aussi insécure. I stayed six nights. Unfortunately, I was awakened on two consecutive nights by the presence of rodents/mice. On the first night, they ate small chocolate eggs that were placed on the bedroom windowsill. I gave these gnawed eggs to the front desk. The staff member was shocked and did not know what to say. The photos taken leave no room for doubt. On the second night, the rodents woke me up twice. They were gnawing at food packaging in the trash can (which does not have a lid). I believe I am entitled to expect better than this from such an establishment, especially given the price paid (more than 150 euros per night). It is truly disappointing that the hotel, after being notified, denied the problem and claimed—incorrectly, as shown with various photos —that there was no evidence of rodent activity. This attitude is disheartening. In addition to the inconvenience caused, the hotel management appeared to suggest that I somehow chewed on these chocolate eggs myself. I deeply regret that the hotel considered my issues unworthy of attention.

Das Hotel hat eine günstige Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Hotel Neuvice is a nice boutique hotel in a busy area of Liège. Despite the general activity in the area, the hotel itself is quiet. The rooms are decent sized and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and were willing to let me check in early since I arrived at the hotel around noon. There are plenty of great restaurants close by including a tapas place just a couple of doors down called Mezcla. The hotel is a tremendous value given the quality of the property and convenience of location. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from the Montagne de Bueren, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Saint-Lambert train station.

The hotel is very nice with a very good staff. We were checked in and out by Odile. She was very professional and helped with some local sites to visit. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is the carpet in the room was a bit dated and should be switched out for a hard surface material (laminate flooring for instance). Otherwise, great spot and would return if ever in Liege again.
