A lovely hotel, with fantastic views of either the Tower Bridge or the docks. However, staff at the contact centre and hotel were unhelpful and at times rude.

New, clean, convenient location, great staff/service onsite. I loved the park and residential neighborhood — birdsong, children playing. Felt at home in the middle of the city.

Stayed one night only for a layover but would stay again.
We walked down to the town to take public transport it was safe enough, we had a nice meal by the river. The area is deliberately targeted by gangs of thieves in motorbikes.
Brentford may not be as close to London as people may want too...but its just a few minutes away on the metro. nearby local business are very friendly and it looked very safe. I felt safe enough to ride the metro, the bus and walk around til 1 am.
Not a very nice area and can get a little bit rough at night.
Very quaint and clean. Friendly local pubs.
