"The Lord Nelson is very close to many historical places that I wanted to see. I could go out each night and walk through the Public Gardens, the Citadel was about 3 blocks away. The Old Burying Ground cemetery was about 4 blocks away. I was so happy with the location. The Arms restaurant had the best seafood chowder. My room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and acknowledged my birthday with a box of chocolates with a card and the next day I had chocolate cheesecake in my fridge! I was most content. Thank you!"

"Had an amazing stay ! Highly recommend especially for a family vacation . Staff were so lovely. Special shout out to Charlett in housekeeping who was so pleasant and left special notes in our room for the kids..a real gem. Not one complaint . Should we head back to Halifax, we will definitely stay here again !"
