「We were disappointed with check in. We arrived around noon and all the staff would tell us is our room is not ready til 3pm. Which was fine but they would not tell us the check in process and were quite rude. Grabbed our luggage and more of or less told us to get lost. Very surprising! I think they make more money by not releasing rooms even if they are ready til 3pm because guests hang around and spend money in the restaurant. 「The total has good amenities and a good gym. The food was ok. The hotel was let down by poor and inconsistent service. We were told that tables in the restaurant could not be booked in advance as that evening England were playing. This was confirmed by the person on reception, only to find that nearly all the tables has indeed been reserved when we went down to the restaurant with some of them standing empty for hours until the football started. We then had to wait about half an hour for food...
