「This is an absolutely delightful little hotel with very warm and welcoming hosts, Vicky and Jean Luc, who went well out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time. Our room was simply lovely and the breakfasts were fabulous with freshly squeezed orange juice, really good coffee and delicious croissants, fruit salads and yoghurts. If you are visiting Poitiers or passing through on your way to other parts of France or Europe it is a complete treat to stay here. We were there for five...

「Tout était parfait, l’accueil la chambre, la salle de bain nickel. J’aurais apprécié des œufs brouillés au petit déjeuner plutôt que des œufs durs, froids. Le jambon dans la boîte Tupperware, pas très pratique à se servir et quelques fourchettes à disposition aurait été appréciées 」

「Trop rustique, pas de chauffage central, des petits radiateurs portatifs ont été rajoutés mais soit il fait trop chaud, ou soit trop froid. Le sol est glacial (les tomettes sont jolies, mais très froides) 」

「The Manoir is a charming, rustic property. A warm and friendly welcome from Marie. Te property is a couple of kilometres from the nearest village so peace & isolation is guaranteed. A refreshing dip in the pool on arrival was very welcome. Marie’s home cooking for the evening meal was lovely with a great selection of wines. The room was on the top floor. Good, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a great walk in shower.」
