Arrived at 10pm with 2 kids after a long journey couldn’t check in at the self check in - the man on reception was helpful & we managed to check in quite quickly - 2 rooms as they didn’t have availability for 2 adults & 2 children in one room - rooms were next to each other but one absolutely stunk so we ended up in one room - 2 on the floor 2 in the bed - noisy all night people banging doors and talking, room was so hot none of us could sleep even with the fan on as it was so noisy !! Tried to get some water from the vending machine & there was none - Hardly any sleep we ended up leaving at 6am just to get out of there - overpriced - very basic - would never stay again! Avoid if possible !

J'éviterai cette hotel la prochaine fois.

Pas de code de réservation pour rentré dans l'hôtel. Personne ne repond au téléphone et la sonnette de l'entrée personne ne répond aussi. Résultat 2h00 d'attente avant davoir quelqu'un. Cest vraiment horrible.

Formule 1 maquillé en IBIS qui déçoit

Le code pour accéder à la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu appeler le concierge dans la nuit à notre arrivée. Loin d’être un IBIS, c’est juste un Formule 1 remaquillé. Très très mal insonorisé, pas de ventilation ni de climatisation donc très chaud la nuit. Ne vaut pas du tout le prix d’un IBIS !

Je n’avais pas de numéro de réservation et donc l’automate ne me permettais pas d’accéder à ma chambre. La machine à KF était en panne et pas possible d’en avoir un à l’accueil. La chambre est vétuste, manque d’espace, odeur désagréable dans la salle de douche, bruyant.

Un bon hotel mais bruyant dès 8h le matin (équipes de nettoyage). Chambres très petites mais bonne literie. Pas de climatisation !
