「Bon séjour en famille」

「The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. 」

「Un cadre ressourcant, de nombreux services utiles et originaux, logement dans le quartier "hotels" confortable, propre, juste ce qu'il faut, restauration très convenable. Parfait pour les familles. Bémol, le lagon en maintenance le matin après notre séjour d'une nuit, nous n'avons pas pu le découvrir.」

「The property is disgusting which we kind of expected from the reviews, we were only staying for 1 night so thought we'd take the risk, we definitely wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than 1 night though! The area was lovely, kept the kids busy all day with a bouncy castle, beach and park, unfortunately the water slide wasn't open though. The restaurant and staff were really friendly and helpful. 」
