Nice restaurant right by the hotel. Rooms in all Ibis could be a bit bigger...But nice to know that, wherever you go, you are going to get exactly the same, including good TV channels in English !

I stay IBIS because I know what to expect. This was no exception. The only reason I gave 3 stars for staff and service is because I was left waiting at the unattended front desk for check-in. That said I later noticed the front desk person doubling as dining room hostess and order taker! I felt sorry for her and think IBIS should spring for additional staff coverage.

J'écris jamais de commentaires car je passe mes semaines en déplacement mais pour les autres itinérants ....fuyez. Hôtel avec la façade en travaux et non spécifié. Clim qui ne fonctionne pas, ouverture des fenêtres impossibles car plastiques de protections devant, bruit du voilage en plastique qui a battu toute la nuit et chaleur écrasante dans la chambre . J'en déduits aussi chambre non ventilé entre les clients. De plus groupe de "vieux" dans l'hôtel super bruyants et hôtel mal insonorisé (portes qui claques, parle à haute voix ,....) Niveau parking, c'est sur l'arrière d'un centre commercial vieillissant .... Seul point positif, c'est le resto qui est accroché à l'hôtel. Pas digne d'un hôtel IBIS

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d'un déplacement professionnel. Je suis très déçue car il y avait des punaises de lits dans ma chambre. Je l'ai signalé à la réception. J'ai été bouffée par les punaises et j'ai du passer mon week-end en rentrant chez moi à desinfecter toutes mes affaires pour ne pas les ramener chez moi. Tres décevant et surtout c'est tres bizarre que la réception ainsi que le service de ménage soient surpris de ma réclamation car la chambre était infestée de punaises de lit et leurs taches de sang étaient partout sur les draps ce qui veut dire dans tous les draps et chambres. Dommage car je réservais souvent dans cette chaine. Je ne vais pas ajouter les photos car je pense qu'ils feront le nécessaire et je ne veux pas rendre les choses pires pour eux mais je n'y reviendrais jamais
