"The desk staff was very friendly. Plus, at the last minute I decided to bring my dog and there was absolutely no problem about that. My one issue was the signs at the front forbidding the dog on the grass which seemed strange since it is a pet-friendly hotel. There was an area to the side, but a sign showing THAT would have been helpful. "

"We have a lovely stay at the Omni New Haven. The room was clean and quiet with a super comfy bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are visiting Yale, it's right on the campus. Very walkable!"
