「There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could.」

「Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.」

「Modern, very clean, well laid out and roomy aparthotel room. The three of us enjoyed our stay in this lovely room. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The wifi and AC worked well and we slept well in the beds. When I had a question or request the host responded quickly. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close by St Paul's Cathedral.
