「Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. While unpacking they told us to excuse the mess as they are doing renovations. We said no mind… until it was 8:30 at night and they were still making a bunch of noise doing construction. 「The room's flooring was broken and bed sheets had holes in them, not a pleasant stay on a road journey.」

「We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was clean, easy to access, and well‑kept throughout the property. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made our visit even better. We would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Kentucky.」

「The shampoo and soap were empty when we arrived we called down to the desk and was told house keeping would bring it up shortly. They never did. The next day we called again and receive shampoo and soap at approximately 7:30pm」

There were smalls stains on the sheets. The toilet had stains on the rim that were questionable. The breakfast options were very limited.」

「We planned to stay two nights in two rooms, we left within an hour. The non smoking rooms smelled so much like cigarette smoke it hit us as soon as the doors opened. They let us change one room as the other air out enough to sleep in. After about another 15 minutes we noticed that the sheets had brown spots on them and weren’t clean and when you flushed the toilet it would leak water everywhere. Also, the lobby smelled like smoke as well that we wouldn’t have wanted to eat the breakfast...

「We loved this place. Other people loved this place too. Super clean pools, hot tub, and rooms. Friendly staff and 10 minutes from Fort Knox. Would stay again if go back to that area!!」

「Was sad to hear that the pool was closed they didn’t even advertise that it was under construction. Overheard from another customer that there were leaks in the room from the air conditioner staff was nice but did not like that the pool was closed」
