Wonderful hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in, in Europe. Think I got an upgrade, stayed on 11th floor, room was massive with stand alone bath, and seperate shower. Mini bar, coffee machine, kettle, complimentary water, and apples in the hall. Only had breakfast one day as had to leave early on second morning, due to Storm Ingrid. But breakfast was great, buffet with huge selection of hot & cold items. Definitely a 5 star hotel

Overall, a good and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rated four stars because I thought they were a bit miserly with the coffee, one little packet per room despite dual occupancy. Staff were super pleasant and professional and, bar a wonky wall mounted rack in the bathroom that meant we had to put our soap on the floor, the room was clean and well kept. Air conditioning temperature is locked at 19 degrees centigrade as the lowest temperature possible. Not ideal for everyone especially as hot as it was. Overall, totally enjoyed the stay and would chose the Melia again at the drop of a hat.

Only 1 or 2 Reception staff at one time over the 3 days. Average wait to deal with any issues 20 mins. The hotel was full and only 2 of 3 lifts working to cover 11 floors . Average wait 5-7 mins. Multiple issues in room: TV had to be reconfigured, Telephone not working, bathroom face mirror had to be fixed, water leaking from bathroom tray. Spa and swimming pool are very busy as external visitors in large numbers on hot days. Breakfast was very good with big variety.

Together with my wife, I stayed a week in this hotel. It was a pleasure for us, the staff was amazing, the room was cleaned every day, at breakfast you had plenty to choose from, and the food at the restaurant was perfect. The only thing I consider negative is the price of 25 euros per day for a dog or a cat.

Property is in good condition location and space are very good restaurants space is plenty breakfast selection good but hot breakfast item were limited Spa health fitness fitness equipment are good and spa facilities are very good Reception staff are not efficient or and many do not understand English we were stopping there for wedding we were in hotel at 11:00 given all booking details could not find any thing so one reception staff passed on to others and even others took nearly hours to verify our booking and told us you will get room between 2:00 and 2:30 but we did not get allocated room until 3:30 and then could not find porter to bring bags to room not a good start We were in room 318 stayed in hotels for 3 night from 5th September 2025 Bathroom have no door and only sliding door between toilet and shower sliding door could not shut fully on shower side so water will spill in bathroom and make floor wet toilet seat is not proper and it slide and loose On one morning we needed water bottle restaurant staff charge us 7 Euro for it which is fine and other day we went there to get water bottle from restaurant and restaurant staff charge for same bottle 3.60 Euro ... One off the night after pre wedding event we came back late in the night we could not get in to our room as our card could not open our room door they tried everything and make few phone calls eventually after over an hour they managed to open our room and issued us new card One of the lift was stop half way
