「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「This was one of the best values in the Sedona area. Yes, it's a timeshare property and they do ask if you'll attend a presentation, but it's not required to get the room rate listed on Expedia. Loved the room. Having a full suite with the large bath, full kitchen and nice living room sure beat the standard hotel room layout with no where to sit except the bed or one desk chair. 「The room was pretty basic. It’s an older property but for the money, it was perfect. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. Can’t beat the location. Check in was annoying. We waited almost an hour to check in with 3 people ahead of us in line. Other than that, and the water going cold a couple times, it was just fine.」
