"Excellent breakfast, very clean room. The bar was very good although they had advertised 2 complimentary alcoholic drinks with the evening welcome snacks, apparently the state of MA does not allow this so i bought a glass of wine for $7. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know. My biggest disappointment was the check in process. I had booked online for 1 night and paid with my "Chime" card, my plans changed soon after so I messaged the hotel (through their site) and requested a second night, preferably the same room. I have yet to receive a reply. I additionally sent another message requesting an early check in, guess what? I have yet to receive a reply. I went back to Expedia and booked another night and when I received the hotels confirmation, inviting additional requests I responded by telling them that I would like the same room as the previous night. Yeah, you guessed it, I have yet to receive a reply. At this point a reply will not be needed. When my wife and I arrived to check in I was told that an additional $100 was required to cover "incidentals" I gave the receptionist my Chime card and she informed me that the hotel did not accept Chime cards, nor would they accept cash (this is illegal according to my Google search). Ultimately I transferred money from my Chime account to another card and was able to pay for my "incidentals" then I was told early check in was not available and I should return at 2PM. "Breakfast was a little pricey for the buffet. Pool was clean, rooms were great. They came in and cleaned everyday when we were gone, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Staff were friendly, hotel was quiet. Would stay again."

"One observation to share is that when one leaves their room there is no signage to show where the ice machines or vending machines are. Or where the Fire Exits are? Granted, that once a hallway is full of smoke there is no visibility. But it seems very barren to walk down hotel hallways and there is not signage for important needs. And yes, at the end of the hallways there are Fire Exit signs."
