「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「Arrived early and the lady on reception arranged for our room to be made up to allow us to check in, above and beyond service. Lovely room and we were lucky to have air con on the hottest day of the year. Bar area nice we didn't eat so can't rate the food. Only slight niggle was there was no outside area to enjoy the sun」

「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」

「Lovely location for walking and shopping and amazing food. Brilliant staff very comfortable and clean」

「The bedroom was small but clean & comfortable. The outside space could have been swept as it was very warm & great to sit outside for a pre-dinner drink. Breakfast choice was good although the orders both mornings didn’t quite get right. Great location for the train station only 10 mins taxi ride. 」
