"It rained and leaked everywhere. Into the room and the lobby was flooded. They told me i had to switch rooms. Building engineer handed me a key and left. No help in moving my stuff."

"Exterior and walking in, the property looked nice. Upon getting to our room, the carpet was significantly stained, as well as the mattress. The only reason I noticed the matress stain was becuase the bed linens were not pulled on all the way. There was a bandaid stuck to the shower wall...gross. The blinds were broken and didnt close all the way. My husband, being handy, ended up fixing the blinds so now those are workikg for the next guests! The bed and pillows, however, were super comfy and I slept like a rock! "

"They accept pets, rooms are gross and full of roaches. Water damage causing leaky ceilings and showers that wont turn off fully leaving the room to be humid. Price is cheap but still too much for the conditions. Youre definitely paying for the area"

"The staff was amazing and this was such a relaxing stay!! I will definitely be back and I truly appreciate how accommodating they were. The room was so beautiful and clean. It had the right ambiance and honestly I would come back alone too! It’s the best place to go and visit!!! Definitely 20/10"
