「Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!」

「Excellent room and hotel ambience and will catch your eye. Staff and service is excellent. Parking is an issue in the city centre but can sort as parking lot right next to the hotel of willing to pay £27 a day. Will visit again as my family is mesmerised by it.」

「The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. 「What find stunning hotel , great location , attentive staff . Highlights breakfast in bed at a time to suit , breakfast not to everyone’s taste but I loved it . Free Prosecco and nibbles between 5-7 . Late night cookies and milk . Free coffee tea 24 hrs and large water bottles in your room . Room hairdryer straighteners lovely toiletries.. think only thing missing would be a wee biscuit in your room to go with your tea.
