The Hotel Salem
Air did not work and heat would not shut off. It was 80 degrees in the room the entire time. It was so hot we couldn’t even sleep. Staff did not offer to change our room or anything. I have a medical condition that flares up if I get too hot and this was a horrible experience.

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
Disappointing stay overall. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with visible hair and residue in multiple areas, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While I appreciate the refund of one night, the issue significantly impacted my stay and required escalation to resolve.

AI automated the services. It was difficult to obtain a crib, a rollaway bed, etc., and there was no room service. I would not stay here again unless necessary.
