「Check in is at a hotel 15mins away and strictly followed the 3pm check in time. There is a shop about a 10min walk away but the actual apartment was not overly clean and the showers not getting hot. No coffee mugs or kettle provided. Unfortunately we booked this place because of the swimming pool that was closed for maintenance but not communicated beforehand.」

「Big space, nice bedroom , good interior, and has all the necessary needs for a family stay. However the coffee table at the living area needs attention as the edges are sharp and at safety risk.」

「Place is nice and relaxing. Hope there are nore restaurent open in the near future.」

「large space, clean overall except some insects/ ants in the room. can communicate easily with landlords 」

「Overall it was good, although a few essentials were not included... like small hand wash towel, water filter / dispenser...」

「Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.」

「At first it was a little tricky to find the exact location but other than that everything was fine.」
