Staff was very helpful, but only one member spoke English. The charming lady who welcomed us made good use of Google Translate. Perhaps even better than the hotel is the nature reserve in which it's located. The drive up the mountain is long and somewhat difficult, but well worth it."

The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent.
