"The good: quiet, near several metro lines, clean, nice people, comfortable beds. The bad: no elevator and a narrow, steep, winding staircase. The rooms are unusual and oddly decorated, no carpet on floor."

"Struggled with hot water throughout my stay. There was no hot water in the shower. Heaters were not working. It was very cold definitely not comfortable. Front desk reception staff was nice and helpful. Tried their best but they couldn’t help. Thank you "
