Besonders positiv ist uns das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal aufgefallen, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.」

「The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. 」
