「Ordered a Queen suite and seemed that I had gotten what seemed to be smaller than a full. Some items in the room were questionable including a towel rack that falls out of the wall and a TV that is complicated to use. other then that the staff was friendly and the area is nice, I did not want to ask or push on my rooms information due to only having to sleep in the room and being out the rest of the time.」

「If I could give negative stars I would. I attempted to check into this property with a car full of kids after driving 5.5 hours and I could not get into the the house. The check in instructions said to enter the code which I did, and the lock appeared to open, but when I pressed in the thumb latch, the door would not open.
