Due to a maintenance issue with the air conditioner the staff changed my room, which was a quick process between the time I reported and when maintenance came to attempt to fix the issue. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend."

"The property was nice but the customer service was zero from the reception and they are of no help …it took forever to check in despite being tired and having a confirmed booking they claimed they couldnt find my booking and when i asked for a solution no direct answer was given the customer service is terrible. Instead of giving options i was made to wait close to an hour at the reception only to be given a room and then they changed it when i was settling in."
