「For starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund.」

「DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had booked this property to stay near the airport and tried to get into contact about late checkin (my flight arrived at 2AM). After multiple multiple attempts, no one responded. I was not able to get into the hotel. They took my money and then left me stranded. I had to rebook another hotel last minute and I was not given a refund on this place」
