「Room is spacious, clean, close to train station. Most important, the staffs are the best, I left my wallet in room under pillow and it has been stored safety until I went back to pick up. Really appreciated all staffs and warm place to stay beside home.」

The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again.」

「It is the best and the only 5 stars hotel in katowice city. Staff were very helpful. Only take 3 minutes to Mariacka street and 5 minutes to train station by walking. Their facilities are perfect, even has heated floor in bathroom. Would recommend to stay here if you have enough budget.」

「Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.」

「Ein gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Ästhetisch und ansprechend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Zwei kleine Mängel: Uhr ging nicht - Batterie schnell gewechselt, behoben. Abfluss verstopft - "Kret" hat geholfen :) Direkt vor der Haustür ein "Zabka"-Geschäft mit sehr kundenfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten, großer Auswahl und sehr gutem Kaffee. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
