「I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!」

「酒店房間及公眾設施太古舊，一定要盡快番新。」

「Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.」

「It is great in comfortable services and beautiful scenes.」

「Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.」

「1. Location is Excellent. 2. Staff are very helpful and nice 3. Breakfast is not so good and not well planned. Quality of food is not good except the bread & the salad bar. Coffee beans (Benguet) has perhaps been brewed several times, as it taste like colored water. Strawberry jam is full of solidified sugar. Suggest to Improve on the breakfast menu!!!」

「Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.」

「停車方便。」

「Laundry service was a little pricey but other than that everything was great. In room service for dinner with plates like Mahi-Mahi and Chicken Pesto Pasta were incredible. Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!」

「This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.」

「Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.」

「This is a very old building and didn’t have elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly and we upgraded to newer building across street with no problems. WiFi is only in lobby」

「The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was...

「Great place. The location is relatively quiet and not as busy as other parts of the city but still within walking distance of excitement and the Jeepney hubs.」
