Rooms are nice, check your view my booking said courtyard view when I checked my view it was a brick wall 5 feet away !!! I called right away and they quickly gave me another room Other than that is was good and conveniently located near many shops and restaurants!!

Very happy with the accommodation. Our room is clean and has all the basic amenities that you would need in a serviced apartment. Location is closed to Session road, night markets, walkable to SM. Lots of food options around.

Staff was great as far as supplys, and the place didn't look much different than the add , but is was small 2 bedroom with a bunkbed for one room Which i kept bumping in to and hurting myself. The water was not hot for a shower, it took me a couple of days how to work the hot water and it was barely warm. Kitchen no warm water. Tv was terrible, notike a regular hotel, it had free stuff but mostly in Philippino language, the wifi was good but kicked out a few times over all for the price of a 2 bedroom it was a good value if you can bear with a few bothersome things, one more thing , it had a semi large refrigerator which was nice.

Great hotel near the night market and shopping. Parking was tricky and the parking staff were very pushy about trying to get money for unnecessary things, but overall I really liked the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I appreciated that everything I needed was within walking distance, including grocery stores and restaurants. Transportation options were conveniently located right in front of the property. However, the noise level, especially at night, can be disruptive, likely due to the bustling nature of the area. Overall, though, it's a great location with many amenities nearby.

I hope they could improve the bathroom windows to something opaque, change the bidet head since it’s leaking if not adjusted well, and add a fan in the living room. Other than that, we love the proximity of the place to session road and harrison road and the host is friendly and accommodating. Wifi is reliable too.
