Had torn up towels. Did not even have regular towels. Shower soap was left behind. Bed sheets had stain on them

Holiday Inn Express Boise - University Area by IHG
This is a very good value hotel. Conveniently located and near good restaurants. My only complaint: the airport shuttle operates from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. It does not operate for flights taking off early morning.
