Hice una reserva y el pago completo por medio de Hotels.com en este hotel para dos personas mayores. Cuando llegaron cerca de las 8 de la noche, no tenían habitación para ellas. Lo peor del tema fue la respuesta del hotel. No hubo ninguna solución o compensación para ellas y nos tocó salir a buscar una habitación. Hacer el reclamo y lograr la devolución del dinero me tomó más de una hora en Hotels.com. Cero recomendable el servicio y seriedad del hotel.

La propiedad es ideal para tramites en la embajada, de ahí su buena localización. Las condiciones del hotel son aceptables según el precio que es bastante barato. El personal es amable.
