Pésima atención

Hice una reserva y el pago completo por medio de Hotels.com en este hotel para dos personas mayores. Cuando llegaron cerca de las 8 de la noche, no tenían habitación para ellas. Lo peor del tema fue la respuesta del hotel. No hubo ninguna solución o compensación para ellas y nos tocó salir a buscar una habitación. Hacer el reclamo y lograr la devolución del dinero me tomó más de una hora en Hotels.com. Cero recomendable el servicio y seriedad del hotel.
