Rather diapointed

This was suposed to be a romantic honey moon, as a 4 star hotel it was simplt a joke, good thing i could affort to get out of the hotel every day to do excortions otherwise it would be just sad...food was dry and old almost everyday, staff couldnt comunicate and the ones who could were allways right like when i asked for the orange juice to be available in the machine it took the staff 30 minues to refill the machine, and had to ask to 4 diferent staff as 3 of them didnt even bother to help juat turned their back and continue hanging near the food area doing nothing, room was worst, paint falling apart on the windows, and during the whole time we had to stay "sleep" there was a horrendous smell of sewer, ww qoke up everyday feeling sick, the view of the room was a construction site, bathroom full of rust and lime scale room phone didnt work and only 1 channel on the tv was in dutch which we didnt speak either, others in turkish, no wifi in the rooms only in the pool area and entrance of the hotel, barmans couldnt do simple cocktails like a pina colada, and the gentelman selling turkish baths etc neqr the pool started arguing why we didnt buy any boat trips or safari or any o the other options available in the hotel, and this happened on the only 15 min we were in the pool hotel, we felt really bad and threatned, overall if you wanna have a good holiday do not chose this place, unless you can affort to be out and about everyday and you dont mind to sleep in a sewer.

Very good holiday

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we found everything to be satisfactory, the rooms were cleaned regularly, the food was excellent, varied and plentiful, the staff were very friendly and efficient. In my opinion the rooms could do with an update, they are dated and in need of some TLC, but otherwise we found everything to be okay. The location of the hotel is brilliant, within walking distance to all amenities of the town and very close to the beach, but without the noise from nearby bars and discos. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Eğer "abi karnım doysun, yatacak yerim de olsun yeter" diyorsanız gidebilirsiniz. Ama "kaliteli yemek, güleryüzlü hizmet, konforlu ve kalite kokan odalar"gibi elit beklentileriniz varsa kesinlikle gitmeyin.

We had a nice stay. The hotel manager was helpful when we needed. The all inclusive was much better than expected, the food was good (thumbs up for that). The staff at the restaurant is very friendly. The hotel has a private beach nearby, but personally we used the beaches further in. The hotel needs refurbishment, its a bit old. The training equipment is old/does not work (thumbs down). I see from some of the comments that the air conditioning doesnt work, the air conditioning only works while the balcony-door is shut, its some kind of sensor on the door. But overall you get what you pay for. Its a clean simple stay, I recommend Eken Resort.

בסהכ נהנינו. האוכל טעון שיפור מבחינת גוון. ובכלל שיפור החדר אוכל וכל השטחים הציבוריים במלון לא ממוזגים ואינטרנט לא זמין מלבד בלובי שאינו ממוזג. צוות המלון מעולה וראוי לשבח. מלבד הופעה אחת בערב. אין מה לעשות בערב. בריכה קטנה ועמוקה. אין מקום מתאים לילדים ואלו שאינם שחיינים. אין מדרגה בתחתית לעמידה. אין חוף ים עם מתקנים ושירות הולם.

good hotel close to the beach, good standard

a good hotel with pool and a private section of beach nearby. We went all-inclusive and it was great value. Good choice of food, although not the most amazing Turkish cuisine but was great value. Lots of free facilities were included like sauna, gym, table tennis. Staff were friendly but not pushy at all. Room was clean and well-equipped, bathroom could have done with updating but for the price it was fine. Location ideal, right on the beach with bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Quite a small place which was nice as it wasn't too crowded and touristy. Altogether it was a nice hotel and great value for money.

8-12ekim arası gittiğimiz otelinizde,gerek sahibleri,gerek çalışanların sıcaklığıyla,kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik..ayrıca hava da mevsim normalinin üzerindeydi..havuz sefamız da ayrı bir güzeldi..yemekleri ise mükemmeldi.eşimle birlikte çok memnun kaldık..ayrıca yürüyüş mesafesinde gümbet barlar sokağı..arabaya ihtiyaç duymadık..sahil kenarı,denizi de çok güzel..kesinlikle,bodrum da başka otele gitmeyiz artık,aileme arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edeceğim..
