This property lacked maintenance in and outside the building. Our room didn’t have proper plumbing running through the toilet and the bathroom sink. Light fixture wasn’t functional in the kitchen area of the suite. The plus was the waffles that were provided at breakfast that was served, but the rest of the options were mediocre.

I asked the man at the front desk for help unloading my car and bringing all of my luggage to my room. I asked on the phone before we arrived and I also asked in person. He told me that he attempted to reach his housekeeping staff to ask someone on that team to assist me. No one ever did. The grounds and hotel, in general, felt unsafe, was extremely loud at all hours, was dirty, and was not welcoming. People right next to our room were loud until late at night. People near our room were smoking marijuana for hours one night and also the following morning. The smoke was coming into our room. Staying at the hotel was a very bad experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again and I will tell others not to do so.

Our room 324 was located in an inconvenient area of the property. At night The walkway was completely dark leading to the room. Not sure if the lights don’t work or no one remembered to turn them on. The plumbing in the downstairs bathroom was horrible. The sink and shower were backed up and slow to drain. Carpet was dirty throughout the room and the room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk receptionist offered to move us from building 3 to building 4 but into the same room which would still be in an inconvenient location. Overall The property in general seems a little run down. I never usually have any issues with the residence inn by Marriott. Would not stay here again

Hello Boca!!

Overall it was a great stay. I only try to choose Residence Inn by Marriott when I travel because I love the studio style with a kitchen. It was clean but I think some minor maintenance wouldn't hurt. Like paint chipped on the bathroom door. Shower chair didn't feel stable. Minor things. I would definitely stay again. 😁
