"Pool out of use, nothing looked how advertised, smells bad, air conditioning rubbish, ended up leaving after 2 nights and getting a new hotel. Very very budget!! "

"We had a lovely stay here in April. The staff are all very attentive from the reception staff, cleaners, waiters and the pool staff all making sure everything is as perfect as it can be for your stay. The breakfast was very good with a nice touch being barista made drinks. The pool was very warm and well maintained with comfortable sunbeds. The pool staff did a great job of providing pool towels and setting up your sunbeds and umbrellas for you (by the pool or on the beach!) The rooms are starting to slightly show their age however they are all well maintained with lots of amenities and a massive comfortable bed."

"We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."

"Lovely location. Good choice of swimming pools. Well tended gardens and very pretty and relaxing. Rooms very comfortable with plenty of extras. Breakfast very good. Meal options all great, nothing disappointed. Staff incredibly friendly and enhanced the relaxed atmosphere. Easy to get to other resorts and airport. "

"Great location and a well-maintained, clean property. However, the dining experience was disappointing as all restaurants had the same menu, which became repetitive. The resort feels more suited for families with kids rather than couples. Breakfast was average, and the service did not match 5-star standards—staff at live counters asked us to come back instead of serving at the table. The Indian buffet night was below average. Management was missing everywhere including on breakfasts, only servers were doing their best to coordinate and cater."

"Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices and such a lovely view of the sea. Rooms spacious and good and very clean. The pool and beach areas are great and walking distance to fishermans village which had lots of restaurants and shopping. We traveled to koh Tao for a few days and we loved this hotel so much we came back to stay again before heading home to Uk."
