「When I checked in I was told that I did not pay.
After producing the receipt and proof of payment I was allowed to go to the room.
The room heater was on in the middle of summer and to my frustration there was no working remote to off the heater.
Ac not working and had to kill quite a few mosquitoes.
No attention by the staff and very poorly trained.
What a disappointment 」

「There were cockroches in the bathroom. According to the Hoteis.com the breakfast was included, but according to the owner the site was wrong, and offered the breakfast with a charge.」

「Only thing was location - it's more out of the way. But there's a charm to that and the staff is still great.」

「We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. 」

」Alessandra

「Hotel was nice, although we were the only guests, which felt slightly strange. There had been a mix up and we got a double room instead of a twin but it was sorted out and we were given breakfast as an apology. Large comfy room and pleasant staff. We went to a nice restaurant within walking distance but the location didn't really feel ideal.」Robyn

「Sehr nette Gastgeber.

「This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...John
