「The outlet by the sink & the air conditioner did not work. The room darkening curtains did not cover the windows.」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. Building is not well maintained. Carpet is stained and worn, doors are scratched up, elevators sound terrible, peeling wallpaper, etc.」

「Pool was closed with nothing anywhere online saying it was closed. Hotel is a safety hazard the staffed pulled the ground off the mini fridge and just an undersized extension cord so we could plug it in. No plug for the microwave. Weird motion controlled light for the main room that worked part of the time and the light would flicker on and off.」

「Room was clean , bed was very comfortable it was a quick stop in as I had an early flight the next morning, great location lots of restaurants with in a 5 min drive . So road construction was happing on the road but even that was easy to get around and the hotel even had there on signage out . Thanks again」

「Few amenities. Only a bar of soap and small tube of shampoo in bathroom. Few to no healthy options for breakfast. Hotel chain is in need of a dietician. Building and landscaping was pretty. OK access off freeway.」

「The employees were fantastic and helpful, the property was a disaster. Parking lot had more potholes than flat surface. The hallway carpet was 20 years beyond replacement and they never vacuumed. The hallway smells like mold from a leaking roof. The first room that we were placed in was nonsmoking. We were in that room for 10 minutes and our t- shirts smelled like we had smoked a pack of cigarettes from absorbing the rooms smell. They put us in another room that was better, but not clean...
