"I was greeted by Juan when checking in. He was extremely helpful. The bkfast was well stocked by friendly, accommodating staff. Maintenance responded to my request quickly and showed me how to use the thermostat in the room. My only complaint is that the person working at the bar was not very accommodating. I had received a coupon for a complimentary drink but I could not have what I requested. I was told the only thing offered was made with rum, even though I told him I did not care for...

"Price reasonable. Hotel strong smell inside rooms didn't know if harsh cleaning chemicals or extreminator fumes . Bathroom very outdated but water got good and hot , plenty of towels rust was visible around drains,hair dryers out dated, filter in bathroom had layers of dust. Microwave was in hallway . Fridge in rooms & coffee maker. Out door pool visible did not use because of late check in. Staff bilinguals"

"The system went down so staff had to put guests in rooms and write down room numbers. They were accidentally sending more guests to the same room numbers and we had strangers trying to get into our rooms because they were given the same room number. However, it was beautiful room and an exceptional night stay. The pillows and beds were 5 star."

"Great family place! Huge rooms with kitchenette, extra space for storage, decent size desk to work. Staff were accommodating and pleasant. We will definitely start again."
