「This is the best place to stay whenever we come to town! Everyone is so accommodating and polite. If we needed to move to a new room in a flash, they were there to make it happen! Coffee shop down the road and plenty of walking paths. Could use a bigger work-out room. But all in all its a great place to stay! Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay wonderful! 「The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!」

「The king bed in the Jacuzzi room had a very noticable dip in the middle. the electric blinds didn't work worth a damn, and the screen on the blind control has a crack with an lcd bleed. The water park is nice apart from the walking areas, which really need some resurfacing and since it's closed 4 days a week there's really no excuse for it not to be in 100 out of 100 condition. My biggest complaint is it's a 300$ a night hotel so charging 14 bucks a person For glorified Continental breakfast is...

「This was an overall unpleasant experience. From the front desk being unattended, resulting in another worker yelling up the stairs for the someone to come check me in, to the hair in the bathtub and dust covered furniture, it was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I immediately contacted Expedia for help, but they couldn't reach anyone on staff to address concerns. I ended up leaving and as I was pulling out, saw the two workers out front smoking, which is probably why they couldn't be...

「The facility seems old. The elevator is rough. Only cleaning rooms every 3rd day makes it feel cheap and crappy」

「We went there specifically for the pool and they closed it mid day. Are bathroom door in room 208 dose not close. And we missed out on breakfast even thow everything was out I wasn’t aloud to grab anything till 6:30 and had to leave at 6:25. Not impressed this visit especially when there price is almost double the competition in the area」
