「The actual place looks nothing like the picture. There were no shades for the windows in the 1st room and the bed in the 2nd room was as hard as a rock. So hard we didn't even stay the 2nd day. I mentioned the shade issue to the gentlemen that said he worked there, but no shades for the windows.」

I did receive a check in text on a chat line that was monitored. Requested a later check out. None granted.
