"Bathroom was gross, water pressure was very low. Toilet was an issue. Room is ok. Food is trash. No selection. Drinks bottom of the line liquor. We had to leave resort to eat for our last few nights. Staff was good by the bar and restaurant. Front desk never answered the phone and were not accommodating. I asked for a robe and the lady said can it wait until tomorrow??? Beach is nice. Pool is small. Lastly no entertainment or disco. Resort was completely closed at 10 pm each night. "

"Our room and overall experience was amazing. Our concierge Bryan was very accommodating and helped us with everything from getting a taxi to making a plethora of recommendations for us to try. The room was spotless, the shower pressure and lighting (for makeup) were great, and the best part was the view! Waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the stunning private beach, relaxing to epic sunsets and enjoying the food and cocktail offerings at the different restaurants made this stay perfect for the birthday that we were celebrating. "We are a senior couple staying in this one bedroom unit for one week. We were staying in Blue Bay last year in another upscale one bedroom boutique hotel. Things we don’t like include: . Surprise utility charge of $40 on top of the unit rent . Low quality bed linen and mattress . Average cleanliness . Bothersome water dripping noise in the bathroom toilet The good things include: .The availability of property management to replace defective toaster and fry pan. "

"Very nice condo. We have a complimentary upgrade to 3 bdr penthouse. Which is nice. Spacious place for 2 couples. It is a kind of vrbo, but they provide a beach towels and you can change them every day. Kitchen full of dishes and everything. But you have to buy food, salt, sugar and coffee capsules, that feet to their coffee machine. Even dish soap you have to buy. Private beach, the distance 10-15 min walk, we used to drive mostly. Free sunbed and ambarellas. Everything was good, only we do not like one thing - stop-control to check your entry code to get car access to the complex.
