「All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch). 「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」
