Payne Harbor View is a lovely place to stay. The innkeeper Carmen was so nice and friendly, breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious, clean, beautiful antiques throughout the home. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The perfect spot away from town. Quiet with an excellent view. Suite 9 has a huge bed and a private jacuzzi. Cleanliness is off the charts as is the service, really can’t ask for more. Quick walk to Yellow Kittens and Winfield’s but far enough away to avoid the noise. Already reserved for next year… this is the place, look no further. For the car guys - safe parking so you can bring your car without worry.

Payne’s Harbor View Inn was an amazing experience. First time my wife and I stayed at an inn. Very clean and the ownership and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
